Pricing questions
- What does the 7-day free trial include?
- Every Premium feature for 7 days, including unlimited text-to-bet queries. Cancel before the trial ends in iOS Settings → Subscriptions and you won't be charged.
- How am I billed?
- Premium is billed through your Apple ID via Apple StoreKit. You can switch between monthly and annual or cancel any time in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple makes the final call.
- Will I be charged when I download the app?
- No. Downloading is free and you get 3 free text-to-bet queries to start. You'll only be charged if you start a Premium subscription inside the iOS app after the free trial ends.
