Pricing questions

What does the 7-day free trial include?
Every Premium feature for 7 days, with five text-to-bet queries a day — the same number the Basic plan gets in a week. Cancel before the trial ends in iOS Settings → Subscriptions and you won't be charged.
What's the difference between the plans?
The two lower tiers are metered: the $5.99/month plan includes one text-to-bet query a week and the $9.99/month plan includes five, both with full sportsbook linking, odds comparison, and AI explanations. Premium drops the daily limit entirely — roughly four and a half times what Basic gives you in a month — and adds EV+ and intelligent bet tracking. Free users get 3 queries to start.
What happens when I run out of queries on a paid plan?
On the metered tiers, your queries refill automatically each week. When you've used them up the app shows you when the next one unlocks — and gives you a one-tap option to upgrade to Premium, which has no daily limit at all.
Does Premium have any limit at all?
No daily limit — ask as much as you want, any day of the season. There's a fair-use ceiling of 100 queries per 30 days, which works out to about four and a half times what the Basic plan includes in a month. Fewer than 1 in 20 users get anywhere near it, and if you're one of them, get in touch and we'll sort you out.
How am I billed?
Whichever plan you choose is billed through your Apple ID via Apple StoreKit. You can upgrade, downgrade between tiers, or cancel any time in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
What does a subscription not gate?
Wiz's Picks is free to read for any logged-in user — the picks, the write-ups and the running record. The paywall applies at the point you'd deep-link out to place the bet, which is the same rule everywhere else in the app.
How many “dig deeper” follow-ups do I get?
Deep Dive analysis comes with every answer on every plan. The “dig deeper” continuation — where WizBets goes another layer into weather, park factors, streaks, injuries and splits — is metered on the free and lower tiers and unlimited on Premium.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple makes the final call.
Will I be charged when I download the app?
No. Downloading is free and you get 3 free text-to-bet queries to start. You'll only be charged if you start a Premium subscription inside the iOS app after the free trial ends.
